We help seniors and their families protect their assets from the costs of long-term care.
The Medicaid planning attorneys at Kirschbaum Law Group, LLC provide comprehensive and sophisticated Medicaid planning services for clients throughout Connecticut. We help with Medicaid asset protection planning, as well as applications for Medicaid for long-term care.
We handle all types of Medicaid planning cases: crisis planning cases, pre-crisis planning cases, and proactive planning cases.
Crisis planning cases are when there is a current or imminent need for long-term care.
Pre-crisis planning cases are when there is no current or imminent need for long-term care, but there is an expectation that long-term care will be needed in less than five years, often much less.
Proactive planning cases are when there is no current or imminent need for long-term care, and there is an expectation that long-term care will not be needed for more than five years.
